All SouthBit pricing is quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). We accept several payment methods to accommodate both local and international clients.
For South African clients
EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) is our standard payment method. You’ll receive banking details on your quote. Payment is due once recovery is complete and you’ve approved the results.
For international clients
International bank transfer (SWIFT) is available for clients outside South Africa. We’ll provide our SWIFT/BIC details and account information on your quote. Your bank will handle the currency conversion from USD, EUR, GBP, BWP, ZMW, or any other currency to ZAR.
Please note that international transfers can take 2–5 business days to clear, depending on your bank. We’ll release your recovered data once payment is confirmed in our account.
When is payment due?
Payment is only due after a successful recovery. You’ll receive a written quote before any work begins, and you only pay if we recover the data you need. Our no fix, no fee policy applies to all clients, local and international.
