How expedited recovery works

Our standard recovery service takes 5–10 working days, depending on the failure type and complexity. With our expedited service, your job is moved to the front of the queue and worked on as a priority. Expedited turnaround is typically 24–72 hours from the time the quote is approved.

Expedited recovery is available for most failure types, though some complex physical recoveries (such as multi-platter head swaps requiring specific donor parts) may have minimum timeframes regardless of priority.

What does it cost?

Expedited recovery is priced at a slightly higher rate than our standard service. The exact amount depends on the failure type and drive model. You’ll receive the expedited pricing in your quote, so there are no surprises — and our no fix, no fee policy still applies.

How to request urgent recovery

Let us know when you book in your drive — either on the book-in form, via WhatsApp, email, or phone. If you’ve already booked in a drive on standard service and your situation has become more urgent, contact us and we’ll move it to the expedited queue if possible.

Whether you choose standard or expedited, all drives received at our lab are assessed within 24 hours. The assessment itself is always free and always fast — the expedited service applies to the recovery work that follows.
