There are 3 ways to book in your hard drive or storage device:

1) Visit our offices

This is the preferred method as we get to meet with you in person so that we can discuss the history and circumstances of the hard drive or storage device failure. It’s great for us to build a personal relationship with our customers, too. No appointment is necessary. Simply search for ‘Southbit’ on Google Maps to find us.

2) You send the hard drive or storage device to our offices

If you are unable to visit us you can send in the hard drive or storage device via post or courier, using the physical address on this page. Please ensure that the package is securely packed with adequate padding to ensure it does not get damaged in transit. No cables, cases or accessories are needed, only the hard drive or storage device. It is vital that a completed book in form is also completed and attached, it can be found at the bottom of this page.

3) We collect the hard drive or storage device from you

If the need arises, for a small fee we can send our courier to collect from your premises. Once again, we do not require any cables or accessories, only the hard drive or storage device which should be packaged with adequate padding to prevent damage in transit. A completed book in, found below, also needs to accompany your package. Please contact us to arrange collection.
