There are 3 ways to book in your hard drive or storage device:
1) Visit our office
This is the preferred method. We get to meet with you in person and discuss the history and circumstances of the hard drive or storage device failure.
No appointment is needed for visits before 12h00, walk ins are welcome. If you want to visit us after 12h00 please select a time slot below.
2) Send the hard drive or storage device to our office using a courier
Send in the hard drive or storage device via courier, using the physical address on this page. Please pack it securely with adequate padding to ensure it is not damaged in transit. No cables, cases or accessories are needed, only the hard drive or storage device. It is vital that a completed book in form is completed and attached, it can be found below.
3) We collect the hard drive or storage device from you using a courier
If the need arises, for a small fee we can send our courier to collect from your premises. We do not require any cables or accessories, only the hard drive or storage device which should be packaged with adequate padding to prevent damage in transit. A completed book in form, found below, also needs to accompany your package. Please contact us to arrange collection.
