I had a Seagate 2TB portable drive which was ejected from my Mac, while still active.The drive had many video films and also video projects on it, so very important memories to me.Nic spent an inordinate amount of time to recover the data; very... large IMovie files.Most of the important files were recovered!!!I was and am still very grateful and satisfied!2nd Visit in 2025I had another mishap on a drive that I could not access with some treasured video files of many years. Knocked on Nic's door again after many years! Very, very grateful for a full recovery of my data! Professionally done in a short space of time. Thank you! This is my second ‘episode’ in which Nic has assisted me. I am intensely grateful for his professionalism and thoroughness! The first was many years ago. He is still at it!
