SouthBit Data Recovery did an amazing job recovering my hard drive. The whole process was incredibly fast, professional, and smooth. I honestly didn’t expect such a quick turnaround, but they managed to recover my data much sooner than I thought possible. My 4TB external hard drive crashed. I was referred to Southbit Data, but since the hard drive had electrical and mechanical failure and was required to be taken apart and the data manually extracted, I was not very hopeful for a recovery (based on a Google search of the probability of recovery and feedback from other IT people). However, Nic was extremely calm in the midst of my panic and appeared really nonplussed about my predicament (or rather that of my hard drive). He advised that he would try to recover the data and I provided a list of the most important files to recover, hoping for at least a partial recovery of those files. However, Nic managed to recover ALL the data on my external hard drive and copied it to a new hard drive. I now happily have all the data previously lost in exactly the same format I had it previously. I really cannot thank Nic and his team enough! They are awesome! If you have a data recovery issue, I would highly recommend approaching Southbit Data Recovery.
